About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Service Manager to support our Interior Finishing Division, specializing in floor covering adhesives, subfloor preparation products, and tile setting materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Oversee technical services for the Interior Finishing Division, ensuring exceptional support to sales and marketing teams.
  • Quality Issue Resolution: Manage and execute quality issue resolution (QIR) and warranty processes to ensure prompt and effective resolutions.
  • Field Support: Support various departments with trade shows, field tests, jobsite tours, and more.
  • Technical Inquiries: Respond to technical inquiries from internal teams, customers, and industry professionals.
  • Product Development: Lead field testing of new products and maintain high technical competence across our product range.
  • Industry Engagement: Engage actively in industry trade and professional associations.
  • Documentation: Ensure all product literature and online information are technically accurate.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or a Technical field preferred. Construction field experience considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Travel: Extensive travel required, including national and occasional international trips. Must be able to obtain a valid passport and driving license.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer focus. Proven experience in technical support and customer-facing roles. Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
