Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Waste Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting trash bags from apartment doorsteps and taking them to the dumpster. This is a part-time position that requires a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Collect trash bags from apartment doorsteps and transport them to the dumpster
- Ensure that all trash bags are properly secured and disposed of in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and property managers
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Meet or exceed daily collection targets
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
