Job Title: Junior Telephony Administrator

AssistRx is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Telephony Administrator to join our IT team. As a Junior Telephony Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our telecommunications systems, ensuring that our employees have reliable and efficient communication tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain our telephony systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving telephony-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor the performance of our telephony systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance overall system efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior telephony administrators to develop and implement telephony-related projects and upgrades, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Manage our telephony service providers and vendors, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of our telephony systems and related processes, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Provide training to end-users as needed, ensuring they have the necessary skills to effectively utilize our telephony systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree (BA) from a four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Understanding of Cisco Collaboration Portfolio, including VOIP, UCCX/UCCE, CUCM, JABBER, and FINESSE.
  • Basic understanding of IVR and Contact Center deployments/integrations.
  • Basic understanding of an Enterprise Fax System.
  • Ability to synthesize complex concepts and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of Call/Screen Recording, Workforce Optimization/Management, and Quality Management systems.
  • Flexibility, adaptability to rapid change, and a positive attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a timely manner.
