Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Desert View Funeral Home & Crematory. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors, offering assistance and direction as needed.
  • Answer and screen incoming phone calls, routing them to the appropriate staff member.
  • Perform general office support duties, including data entry and light typing.
  • Maintain a comfortable and organized environment for clients, including providing beverages and amenities.
  • Dispose of trash, replace tissues, and straighten furniture in the guest-waiting area.
  • Receive and process incoming mail and packages.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and paper files and records.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Six months of general office, receptionist, or administrative support experience preferred.
  • Proficient in operating telephones, fax, and copier.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • Clear and professional speaking voice and tone.
  • Professional interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
