Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Construction Craftsman with expertise in paver installation, including sand set, pedestal, and mortar techniques. The ideal candidate will be passionate about their craft, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Paver Installation: Execute precise and high-quality installation of various types of pavers, including sand set, pedestal, and mortar applications.
  • Site Preparation: Prepare job sites for paver installation, including excavation, grading, and base material preparation, ensuring proper drainage and stability.
  • Material Handling: Handle and transport pavers and related materials safely and efficiently, taking care to prevent damage or loss.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate machinery and equipment necessary for paver installation, such as compactors, saws, and lasers, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all installations meet company standards and client expectations for quality, durability, and aesthetics.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the installation process, adapting techniques as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Ability to operate relevant machinery and equipment safely and effectively.

  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
