Marketing Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and tech-savvy Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, analyzing data to inform decisions, and optimizing our marketing systems to achieve maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing plans.
  • Marketing Operations:
  • Oversee the setup and utilization of marketing technology platforms, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
  • Ensure proper data tracking and analysis to inform marketing decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Budget Management:
  • Manage and allocate large marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI across various marketing channels.
  • Monitor campaign spending and make data-driven decisions to optimize budget allocation.
  • Omnichannel Marketing:
  • Develop and implement omnichannel marketing strategies to create a seamless customer experience across all platforms.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of omnichannel campaigns, driving improvements based on data insights.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing management, with a strong focus on data analysis, reporting, and strategic planning.
  • Heavy experience in customer journey analysis, large budget management, and the development of omnichannel strategies.
  • Proficient in SEO, digital advertising, customer journey analysis, and CRM platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools, marketing automation systems, and other top industry platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex data and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and team management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Tech-savvy, with a passion for exploring and implementing new marketing technologies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the cannabis industry or a similar highly regulated market.
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and marketing funnel analysis.
