Client Relations Coordinator


THE DRIPBaR is expanding and looking for dedicated individuals to support our mission. We specialize in providing our clients with the highest quality intravenous and intramuscular vitamin therapies that deliver essential nutrients directly to the cellular level for optimal absorption.


The Client Relations Coordinator plays a vital role in our center, serving as the first point of contact for guests and clients. This position involves managing inquiries, screening phone calls, confirming appointments, relaying information, and assisting our healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate must exhibit strong multitasking abilities and remain composed under pressure. Proficiency in basic computer applications, particularly word processing and spreadsheets, is essential. Furthermore, excellent communication, interpersonal, prioritization, and customer service skills are crucial, along with the ability to work independently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing office communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of office services
  • Collaborating with team members to plan events and initiatives
  • Scheduling and managing client appointments
  • Maintaining updated contact lists
  • Generating reports as necessary
  • Providing assistance to nursing staff when required
  • Capturing client images for promotional purposes

Work Environment
Work may occur in typical office and outpatient settings. During peak times, the role may require extended periods of standing or walking. There may be exposure to biohazards and blood-borne pathogens, as well as chemicals and materials commonly found in office and medical environments.


Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:
* Competitive hourly wage

* Salary: $12-$15/hour plus commission
