Bilingual Legal Intake Coordinator (Sales) - Spanish Required

- This role is designed for top-tier sales professionals who can effectively market legal services and build new relationships to generate leads.
Annual Salary Range: $35,000 to $40,000
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate all new potential clients (PNCs) for Atlanta Family & Immigration Law, determining which cases should be pursued based on established criteria.
- Address any non-legal inquiries from PNCs regarding documentation processes, communication with the firm, and other pre-engagement matters.
- Serve as the primary liaison for PNCs throughout the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary legal documents are executed and retainer payments are processed.
- Maintain precise records in Lawmatics to monitor PNC interactions, initial consultations, and client engagements, ensuring accurate status updates for each PNC profile.
- Prepare monthly reports on consultation statuses.
- Adhere to established communication protocols to effectively engage with PNCs, gathering relevant information and demonstrating empathy for their situations while explaining how our firm can assist them.
- In compliance with ethical guidelines, Sales and Client Relations will not provide legal advice but will manage the conversion of PNCs into clients.
- Maintain contact with PNCs who do not retain our services post-consultation to keep the opportunity open for future engagement.
- Experience with Lawmatics CRM and case management software is preferred.
- Strong data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer proficiency.
- Exceptional communication skills coupled with a sense of empathy.
- Prior experience in legal sales is essential.
- Consistent achievement of sales quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Familiarity with G-Suite, Microsoft 365, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Experience with Mycase, Conversionly, and/or Dropbox is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
