Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that attract our target audience. This includes creating engaging content for social media, newsletters, websites, blogs, and special projects, as well as planning and managing direct mail campaigns.

The successful candidate will also oversee social media accounts, ensuring regular updates and engagement. Additionally, they will implement SEO strategies to boost website visibility and drive traffic. Brand management is another crucial aspect of this role, including keeping the company website updated with new projects and marketing materials, ensuring consistent branding across all channels, and increasing local brand awareness through targeted strategies.

This role requires strong writing, editing, and attention to detail skills. The candidate should be a creative problem-solver with a hands-on attitude, able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is essential, as well as knowledge of social media, email marketing, and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar field
  • 2-4 years of marketing experience, ideally in small business, interior design, construction, or real estate
  • Strong writing, editing, and attention to detail skills
  • Creative problem-solver with a hands-on attitude
  • Excellent organizational skills, able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva)
  • Knowledge of social media, email marketing, and CRM platforms
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $80,000-$100,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a Simple IRA with employer match. We also provide generous PTO increases with tenure.
