Operations Management Trainee

As a Management Trainee - Operations, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of our distribution center operations, including management, purchasing, and operations.
Our Management Trainee - Operations program is a 6-month, entry-level training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a leadership role. You will receive comprehensive training in operations, financials, leadership, human capital management, and operating systems, as well as the opportunity to shadow contractors, builders, service/maintenance, and retail store customers to learn their aspect of the swimming pool, irrigation, and landscaping business.
Upon completion of the program, you will be eligible to apply for Operations Supervisor or Operations Manager roles that are available nationwide. We are looking for individuals who are results-driven, self-starters with the ability to lead and develop a team with rapidly changing priorities. Strong leadership skills are a must, as well as a motivated, passionate, customer service-driven attitude.

Our compensation range for this position is $50,000 per year based on a full-time schedule, with a pay rate of $24.04 per hour. This is a nonexempt position with a pay rate of $24.04 per hour. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
