As a Developmental Support Associate at World Of Wisdom LLC, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and supervise children during playtime, reading sessions, mealtime, and nap time.
  • Assist Lead Teachers with planning and implementing educational activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and staff to ensure a smooth and successful experience for all children.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 completed units of Early Childhood Education or currently enrolled (within 6 months)
  • High School Diploma or GED, age 18+, and reliable transportation to the childcare center
  • Able to speak, read, and write fluently in English, and have excellent customer service skills
Estimated Salary: $48,000 - $68,000 per year
