Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Registrar in managing student records and registration functions
  • Work closely with Post-Secondary/Senior Scholar registrations
  • Prepare for summer registrations and enter course information into our computer system
  • Request and publish course books for each term
  • Collaborate with the Associate Vice President of Academic Affairs to assign classrooms and prepare final exam schedules
  • Send end-of-semester letters to students
  • Assist with graduation procedures, including the commencement program and seating chart
  • Coordinate FERPA updates, training sessions, and manual distribution
  • Supervise work-study students and maintain the Registrar's Office web page
  • Run reports and process transcript requests as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in higher education preferred
  • Strong customer service and management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong computer knowledge and experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work well with all constituents
