Job Description

At 5YP Management Inc, we're seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dedicated team.

We're committed to delivering exceptional service and exceeding our clients' expectations. As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in acquiring new customers face-to-face, managing key client accounts, fostering long-term partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead-based Sales: Identify and pursue high-value sales opportunities, building strong relationships with our clients.
  • Daily Customer Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers, expanding our presence in the market.
  • Team Management & Training: Collaborate with our team to achieve sales targets, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Professional & Personal Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and product knowledge to drive business growth.

Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on performance and experience.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10am - 7pm, with occasional weekend work as needed.
