Urology Physician Assistant Opportunity

Dignity Health Medical Group - Sequoia, a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Urology Physician Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. We are a growing multi-specialty group and affiliated with Sequoia Hospital.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with Dr. Dieter Bruno, a highly experienced urologist and Chief Medical Officer of Sequoia Hospital. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a well-trained, motivated, and patient-centered PA who is eager to contribute to a growing urology practice in the Redwood City community.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the evaluation, management, and treatment of urology patients in both clinical and hospital settings
  • Perform urological procedures such as prostate biopsies, cystoscopy, and vasectomy in an outpatient setting under physician supervision
  • Provide perioperative care and assist in surgical procedures, including robotic surgeries (DaVinci Xi)
  • Manage hospital rounds and inpatient consultations as required
Qualifications
  • Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as a Physician Assistant
  • A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of California
  • Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)
  • Completion of state mandated educational courses
Compensation and Benefits

$64,000 per year (0.4 FTE)

No Call, No Nights, No Weekends
