Primary Care Physician Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at Dignity Health Medical Group - Sequoia in Belmont, CA.

- On-site onboarding with supervisory physician
- Phone access to supervisory physician and group's primary care providers
- Dedicated ancillary team for efficient workflow
- Internal pharmacy department handling daily refills
- Competitive compensation range: $120,000 - $140,000/year
- Sign-on, productivity, and quality bonuses

Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and diagnose acute and chronic illnesses
- Develop and implement patient care plans, prescribe medications, and provide health promotion and disease prevention education
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and consult with physicians and specialists as needed
- At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of California
- Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)
- Completion of state-mandated educational courses
