Available Resources:
  • On-site onboarding with supervisory physician
  • Phone access to supervisory physician and group's primary care providers
  • Dedicated ancillary team for efficient workflow
  • Internal pharmacy department handling daily refills
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation range: $120,000 - $140,000/year
  • Sign-on, productivity, and quality bonuses
  • Comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and CME allowance

San Mateo County is a desirable and family-friendly place to live, with a mild climate and easy access to San Francisco and San Jose.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments and diagnose acute and chronic illnesses
  • Develop and implement patient care plans, prescribe medications, and provide health promotion and disease prevention education
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and consult with physicians and specialists as needed
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of California
  • Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)
  • Completion of state-mandated educational courses
