We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Granite Hills Hospital in West Allis, WI.
About the Role:As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals of all ages. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide education and support to patients and their families.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Current license to practice nursing in Wisconsin (or eligible to receive or renew).
- Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
