As a Marketing Operations Lead, your primary responsibility will be to supervise the tactical execution of the delivery team and manage the comprehensive delivery cycle for marketing initiatives of various complexities. You will collaborate closely with the Journey Manager to oversee the backlog and coordinate tasks, ensuring the team complies with established standards, controls, processes, deliverables, and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure project execution aligns with standards, controls, processes, deliverables, and quality benchmarks.

- Keep leadership and stakeholders updated on progress and escalate issues as necessary.

- Foster open communication within the team to clarify expectations, identify actionable opportunities, and resolve obstacles to efficient delivery.

- Conduct daily team stand-up meetings and retrospectives, focusing on enhancing team dynamics.

- Maintain a mindset of continuous improvement, seeking opportunities to enhance team delivery dynamics.

- Utilize team delivery metrics to facilitate discussions and refine estimation efforts.

- Analyze the delivery value stream with the aim of eliminating process inefficiencies.

- Proactively ensure the team’s coverage model and capacity are well understood.

- Establish and manage tactical tools to support team communication.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar or related role.

- Proven initiative in identifying challenges and proposing solutions.

- Capability to effectively plan and oversee the work of others, including managing projects across multiple teams or departments.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate various meetings.

- Basic understanding of business and industry knowledge or related financial products; familiarity with both digital and traditional marketing techniques.

- Proficiency in performing and applying analytics to work assignments; basic knowledge of MarTech and reporting tools.

- Agile certifications (CSM, CPO) are advantageous.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project delivery, with foundational business and industry knowledge or related financial products; digital and traditional marketing techniques.

Contribute to the client’s commitment to continuous improvement, team dynamics, and effective delivery.
