Mortgage Sales Director

Key Responsibilities:
- Work as a part of our Sales Leadership team and be a major contributor on the overall sales strategy, focused on setting Sage's customer experience apart from our competitors while ensuring that we meet all regulatory requirements.
- Oversee a team of licensed Loan Officers, working remotely.
- Develop and continually drive project work plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Optimize and create training and development programs geared towards leveraging mortgage expertise.
- Maintain a large focus on daily/weekly performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a mortgage sales leader in a Direct-to-Consumer environment.
- NMLS Licensed preferred, but not required.
- Business acumen, leadership skills, and sales expertise within the mortgage industry.
- Experience with in-depth analytics and problem-solving, the ability to think strategically while being detail and execution-oriented, and success in managing competing priorities.
- Eagerness to break records, create opportunities, and take risks; we love a competitive spirit.
