We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director to join our team in a lead role within the Security Technology Operations department. Key Responsibilities- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, providing operational and technical governance on large-scale global projects and initiatives.
- Understand key clients' topology, ecosystem, and standards, fostering a partnership relationship and acting as a point of escalation from both a technical and quality aspect.
- Provide technical support to the business where required, coordinating with project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Drive projects from a high level, managing project risks, resourcing, and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Plan, execute, and oversee operational projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget globally.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, plans, and procedures, scoping and budgeting for projects where required.
- Act as a liaison between operations, senior leadership, and sales, providing regular updates on operational performance and growth opportunities.
- Mentor the in-country team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Monitor industry trends and apply best practices to improve operational efficiency, analyzing current processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Work with senior leadership to ensure effective communication across the global organization and market and promote the organization in the region.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex programs with global clients across a range of enterprise security solutions.
- Strong technical knowledge of security with at least 10 years' experience in the enterprise space.
- Commercial understanding, able to prepare proposals and budgets.
- Ability to work with a fast-paced, collaborative global team, flexible approach, and able to adapt in a growing company.
- Able to manage and meet deadlines, positive approach, and a desire to grow the business.
- Problem-solving/critical thinking ability, excellent communication both internally and with external stakeholders, and ability to coach, mentor, and develop staff.
