Your Role and Responsibilities:

As a Manufacturing Process Specialist, you will leverage your expertise to work alongside some of the most talented individuals in the industry. Your contributions will include:

  • Leading initiatives focused on Continuous Improvement and Product and Process Understanding (PPU) to enhance safety, optimize yields, and elevate productivity across manufacturing operations.
  • Developing and updating standard operating procedures, work instructions, and testing methodologies.
  • Effectively diagnosing defects and variations, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing robust problem-solving strategies.
  • Engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels to promote positive changes and drive strategic direction.
  • Providing support for a dynamic operational environment, including availability for on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering or scientific discipline from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in process engineering within various sectors.

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional skills that may enhance your candidacy include:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • Five years of relevant experience in process engineering.
  • Strong mechanical and/or chemical aptitude, with proven problem-solving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies, Design of Experiments (DOE), and Statistical Analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
  • Adaptability to navigate through complex and changing environments.

Work Environment:

This position may require occasional travel and offers relocation assistance as needed.
