About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Specialist to join our team at Andersen Corporation. As a key member of our supply chain operations team, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and managing the flow of goods and materials to support our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the supply chain function on new product introductions, ongoing product development, and information system development
  • Facilitate cross-functional team meetings, kaizen events, value stream mapping, and business process design sessions
  • Introduce new perspectives on existing solutions to continuously improve material and information flow processes using data and data analysis
  • Become a technical expert on the team with a passion for mentoring and supporting developing supply chain professionals
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external business partners, including engineers, research and development, IT, suppliers, supervisors, and leads
  • Complete assigned tasks and project status to project teams and direct supervisors using status reports, meeting minutes, and formal updates
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent experience
  • 6-8 years combined experience in supply chain operations, sourcing, operations, or logistics
  • Master knowledge of relevant supply chain technologies, such as ERP, manufacturing execution systems, and warehouse management systems
  • Demonstrates competency to coach others in ERP systems, data mining, and data reporting
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships with internal and/or external customers
  • Able to identify unexpressed customer needs and potential services/tools to meet those needs
  • Is self-sufficient and motivated to take action and grow and develop
  • Provides peer-to-peer coaching and developmental feedback to others
  • Strong influencing skills are required
