Position Overview:
The University of Miami Health System is actively seeking a fellowship-trained individual for a full-time faculty role in the Division of Nuclear Medicine within the Department of Diagnostic Radiology. This position is available at the Assistant, Associate, or Professor level, specifically within the clinical educator track.
Compensation and Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Engage in active clinical practice across both outpatient and inpatient environments.
- Contribute to the education and advancement of medical students, residents, and fellows in Nuclear Medicine diagnostic radiology.
- Demonstrate proficiency in general Nuclear Medicine procedures, including but not limited to bone scans, thyroid imaging, and nuclear cardiology.
- Utilize advanced hybrid imaging technologies such as SPECT/CT and PET/CT.
- Participate in radiopharmaceutical therapy and theranostics, focusing on treatments for various cancers.
- Oversee technical personnel and participate in on-call duties.
- Ensure quality assurance in Nuclear Medicine practices.
- Provide consultations as needed and support off-site imaging locations.
- Engage in administrative duties pertinent to Nuclear Medicine operations.
- Participate in educational activities for medical students, residents, and fellows.
- Contribute to clinical research initiatives and serve on departmental committees.
Qualifications:
- Medical Degree with completion of a Diagnostic Radiology Residency and Nuclear Medicine Fellowship.
- Certification from the American Board of Radiology (ABR) and Nuclear Medicine Board (ABNM), or eligibility for certification.
- Possession of or eligibility for a Florida Medical License.
- Experience in a university faculty setting is preferred.
