Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and structured individual to join our Talent Development Team as a Learning Management System Coordinator. This role is responsible for coordinating the execution of the Learning Management System (LMS) eLearning course catalog, including creation, maintenance, and tracking of learning objects and course offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain training activity records and reporting in Workday and associated LMS tools.
  • Support the Talent Development Team by maintaining internal team resources, including process and procedure documents, project status tracking, and team availability via calendar management.
  • Track and report on employee participation and/or assessment results.
  • Process all training-related invoices in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate logistics related to training activities within scope and resolve any conflicts that arise.
  • Manage the development team ticketing system requests and team email account(s), ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Training Coordinator, HR Assistant, or similar role.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Learning Management Systems and tools, with Workday LMS experience preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office (O365) and SmartSheets.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision and consult with teammates at all organizational levels.
