Job Title: Customer Success Representative

Description:

Teesnap is seeking a talented Customer Success Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will work closely with clients to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, driving business expansion and revenue streams.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve client issues promptly, providing expert guidance on using Teesnap solutions to achieve business success.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, driving business expansion and revenue streams.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least three years of experience in client services, with a focus on client management and supporting a subscription/SaaS business.
  • Lifestyle: The ideal candidate must live in the Las Vegas, Nevada area and work in the office at least four days per week.

Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience.
