A career-defining opportunity awaits a highly motivated Sales Professional at Alera Group. As a leading national insurance brokerage and financial services firm, we seek a seasoned expert to drive growth in our dynamic Property & Casualty sales team.
Compensation PackageWe offer a competitive salary of approximately $120,000 annually, plus a generous compensation plan with uncapped earning potential. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn equity and enjoy a range of benefits, including medical, dental, STD, LTD, and life insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
About the RoleWe are looking for a Sales Professional with a successful track record of generating new business and delivering exceptional client experiences. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing business development plans to meet financial goals
- Cultivating new prospects through network relationships, strategic partners, and industry events
- Identifying centers of influence to assist with lead development and client acquisition
- Building relationships and analyzing prospective clients to understand their organization, key decision makers, and business needs
- Meeting sales targets and retaining relationships with key stakeholders
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current Property & Casualty Insurance license
- At least 3 years of prior professional experience as a Sales Professional
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with C-suite executives
