Communication: Handle incoming phone inquiries, ensuring all relevant information is communicated effectively.

Order Management: Retrieve and complete orders from inventory.

Inventory Handling: Manage the receipt of all incoming stock.

Shipping and Returns: Oversee the shipping and mailing of purchased or returned inventory.

Payment Processing: Assist customers with invoicing and processing various payment methods.

Backorder Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up on all outstanding backorders.

Year-End Inventory: Participate in the End-of-the-Year Parts Inventory process.

Cross-Departmental Support: Collaborate with other departments as needed.

Company Engagement: Actively participate in company functions and initiatives.
