About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to generate sales of our emergency air transport services to local communities in Hawaii. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building a pipeline of B2C and B2B customers to achieve sales goals and targets.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in B2C or B2B solutions field sales, preferably with cold calling experience. Knowledge of the emergency medical transport industry is also a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads through various channels, including customer referrals, community involvement, and marketing programs.
  • Complete the full sales cycle from introduction and discovery to proposal creation, closure, and ongoing follow-up and management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive business growth.
What We Offer:

We provide a comprehensive compensation package that includes an estimated annual salary range of $42,000 - $198,000, uncapped commission, and excellent benefits, including medical, vision, dental, 401(k), disability, FSA, HSA, EAP, vacation, and paid time off.
