Job Purpose: Sales Growth Specialist

The Sales Growth Specialist will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and cultivating new sales opportunities, building, and maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional service to our customers. This role requires a seasoned professional with industry knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain meaningful business relationships with decision makers and necessary influencers.
  • Interact daily with customer prospects through various communication channels.
  • Grow sales while simultaneously enhancing margin by increasing market diversity.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed database of customer system requirements.
  • Maintain a weekly report detailing both new and ongoing sales opportunities and quotes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in industrial sales or a related field.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to meet customer needs.
