About the Role:

This position is part of Cambia Health's Sourcing Team, responsible for delivering best-in-class strategic sourcing, contract management, and negotiation for complex, indirect spend categories. The successful candidate will develop category strategies, serve as the primary contact for business customers, and drive fact-based group decisions with significant operational or financial impact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and influence category strategies within assigned business units.
- Lead and guide assigned business units through sourcing events that produce value in alignment with company objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and craft SOWs to obtain the best value for the company.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or greater in business or operations related field.
- 5 years of sourcing and contracting experience (Strategic Sourcing Manager I), 7 years (Strategic Sourcing Manager II), or 10 years (Strategic Sourcing Manager III).

What We Offer:

- Competitive salary range: $82k-111.5k (Strategic Sourcing Manager I), $99.5k-134.5k (Strategic Sourcing Manager II), $109.6k-148.3k (Strategic Sourcing Manager III).
- Bonus target: 10%/15%/15% respectively.
