Product Management Role

Cambia Health is seeking a highly skilled Product Management professional to lead the development and launch of new products and services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating successful products that meet business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the product roadmap and prioritization process
  • Direct product management activities to meet business, market segmentation, and financial goals
  • Produce product requirements and interface with marketing, UX, engineering, and category management teams
  • Understand target market and primary user needs for a product
  • Synthesize business requirements from multiple sources into requirement documents and agile project plans

Requirements:

  • Proven record of creating successful products based on a balance of user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
  • Concrete experience managing complex products through a product development lifecycle
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with demonstrated ability to lead teams and build effective working relationships
  • Demonstrated project management skills including effective planning, organizing, and administration of multi-functional work responsibilities
