As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the department management in their daily work, ensuring seamless coordination of appointments, and handling correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the department management, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and preparing correspondence.
- Independently obtain and compare offers, and forward them to the respective department.
- Support departments and coordinate issues, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
- Process incoming invoices and reminders, and assign them to responsible colleagues.
- Plan routes for container service and special vehicles, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Utilize the SAP-HR system to manage and maintain working hours for assigned colleagues.
Requirements:
- Completed training as an Administrative Assistant, Administrative Officer, or commercial apprenticeship, with knowledge in administration.
- Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and confidence in dealing with people.
