About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Governance Manager to lead our Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) IT Controls program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the propriety and effectiveness of our internal controls.

About You
  • A certified public accountant or certified information systems auditor with 8+ years of experience in large public company internal and external auditing, preferably with a focus on IT auditing.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, including team development and management.
  • Expert-level knowledge of general computer control areas and IT governance frameworks, such as Sarbanes-Oxley, COSO framework, COBIT, NIST CSF, and ISO 27001.
Job Description

This is a hybrid role based in Cambridge, MA that will report to the CIO. You will work closely with our security team to ensure complete and accurate review populations and validate control execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the IT controls monitoring team and provide input on internal control monitoring and execution tools.
  • Collaborate with engineering, IT, finance, HR, and product teams on changes to SOX IT Controls.
  • Evaluate security and controls on various hosted and SaaS/cloud-based technologies.
