Job Overview

As an Associate Attorney at Rosenberg & Associates, LLC, you will represent our clients in District of Columbia court hearings, mediations, and oversee the work product of our staff. Our goal is to help you become a well-rounded attorney who can effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and the court.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise and represent clients in default-related services, including foreclosure, evictions, and bankruptcy.
  • Review, prepare, and file legal documents.
  • Conduct basic court hearings in the District of Columbia.
  • Communicate with clients, colleagues, courts, and other parties involved in the case.
  • Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for business clients.
  • Work closely with staff to meet deadlines and client requirements.
  • Attend court hearings and mediations.
  • Prioritize and manage an assigned case load, demonstrating attention to detail.
  • Develop and share subject matter expertise with internal and external clients to move files and achieve client goals.
Requirements
  • JD degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia; Maryland bar a plus.
  • Title knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to balance and prioritize a high-volume workload.
