Job DescriptionThe Senior Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Manager is tasked with independently overseeing a segment of the loan portfolio. This role includes managing credit assessments, loan renewals, compliance monitoring, and collaborating with the Relationship team on various projects. Furthermore, the Manager partners with the Senior Underwriter to establish credit protocols and contributes insights to fellow Portfolio Managers.
QualificationsRequirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline OR 3 additional years of commercial credit experience
- A minimum of 5 years in portfolio management and commercial underwriting
- Expertise in assessing commercial credit risk
- Formal or in-house credit training
- Skills in evaluating real estate credit risk
- Exceptional writing and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of credit and underwriting processes
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office
- Understanding of banking products

- MBA or Master's Degree
