KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Modeling:
Develop and sustain valuation models for prospective investments, new development ventures, and current assets within the portfolio.

Transaction Support:
Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the tracking, due diligence, and closing processes associated with acquisitions and dispositions.

Market Research:
Aggregate and analyze internal and external data concerning demographics, rental rates, operational costs, and capital investments.

Business Strategy Development:
Aid in formulating initial business strategies for both new and existing investments.

Presentation Preparation:
Create comprehensive memoranda and presentations regarding market trends, scenario analyses, investment prospects, and reporting for lenders, partners, and senior management.

Operational Analysis:
Evaluate and interpret business plans, loan agreements, leasing activities, and monthly performance metrics of properties.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:
A minimum of 5 years in roles requiring strong quantitative and analytical skills, preferably in investment banking, real estate finance, private equity, or brokerage.

Education:
A bachelor’s degree is required, ideally in real estate, finance, or business administration.

Skills:
Exceptional attention to detail, proficiency in financial modeling using Microsoft Excel, outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, advanced technical skills for analyzing complex datasets, and competence in preparing PowerPoint presentations.
