About the Role
Citizens is seeking a highly skilled Private Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Core Banking Division, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our affluent and high-net-worth clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Acquire new, qualified relationships through leads and internal/external referral sources.
- Relationship Management: Proactively engage clients in regular, deep discovery conversations to understand their financial goals and objectives.
- Financial Planning: Collaborate with Certified Financial Planners and Financial Advisors to create and analyze clients' financial plans and strategize on how to present Citizens' solutions.
- Client Engagement: Provide regular, value-added engagement with clients, including face-to-face or virtual meetings, consistent communication, and access to financial education materials.
- Business Development: Build an activity-based business development plan centered around proactive outreach and follow-up behaviors.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred) or 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Licenses: SIE, Series 6 (or 7), 63 (or 66), and Life and Health Insurance Licenses.
- Experience: Demonstrated success in a client-centric, proactive sales environment, with experience in cultivating relationships and new client acquisition.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of industry regulatory requirements, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Competitive Compensation: Salary range $70,000 - $90,000 per year, plus opportunity to earn additional incentive earnings.
