Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Paragon Acura. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.


The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls, navigating our digital platforms to organize the flow of business, and effectively communicating with coworkers and across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle heavy inbound and moderate outbound phone calls, with a commitment to increase customer service satisfaction.
  • Navigate our digital platforms to organize the flow of business through our doors.
  • Effectively communicate and transfer information to coworkers and across departments.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience with phones or telemarketing experience in automotive, business development, or customer service is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to demonstrate a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude at the first point of contact with every client throughout the day.
  • First-class verbal, written, and communication skills, including the ability to initiate dialogue with management and communicate effectively and efficiently.
  • Organized, self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and on individually-assigned tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Competency with general computer skills and data entry skills, with preferable knowledge of working with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
