About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Parts Counterperson to join our team at Hudson Automotive Group, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to our retail and wholesale customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Inventory Management: Effectively manage and maintain our inventory levels, ensuring accurate and timely ordering and stocking of parts.
  • Sales and Revenue: Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and service teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Inventory Management Experience: Experience managing inventory in an automotive or retail environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CDK or similar inventory management systems.
