Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with management personnel to establish production and quality control standards, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Assist in coordinating production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control teams to optimize production and resource utilization.
  • Review and discuss production, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor production metrics and complete monthly reports to track progress and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure that production employees adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Assist in implementing operating methods and procedures to eliminate operating problems and improve metrics.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of global and regional logistics operations and industry.
  • Ability to devise and implement strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, with proficiency in managing business analytics.
  • Proven track record of successful change management accomplishments, including implementing continuous productivity and cost reduction programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field, or a combination of education and experience.
