About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Development Manager to join our team at Bohler Engineering. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our land development projects, working closely with our clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of land development projects, including site planning, design, and permitting.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
  • Manage and coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, design, and construction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in project delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
  • Professional licensure (PE, RLA) preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in land development, site planning, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
