We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our team at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC). As a key member of our Civil/Site Group, you will be responsible for managing project teams to create land development plans for our commercial, institutional, and residential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project teams to deliver high-quality land development plans
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and local government officials to ensure project success
  • Develop and mentor junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Provide technical review of Civil Engineering deliverables
  • Prepare proposals and manage project execution
  • Interface with clients, network, and develop business opportunities
Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience in Civil Engineering
  • BS in Civil Engineering
  • Professional Engineering License (P.E.)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to develop and mentor staff
  • Ability to provide technical review of Civil Engineering deliverables
  • Ability to prepare proposals and manage project execution
  • Ability to interface with clients, network, and develop business
