About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our team at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC). As a key member of our Civil/Site Group, you will be responsible for managing project teams to deliver high-quality land development plans for our commercial, institutional, and residential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project teams to create land development plans, including site layouts, grading plans, stormwater management facilities, and utilities.
  • Oversee quality control, client interfacing, budgeting, and mentoring and supervising junior engineers.
  • Develop and implement project execution plans, including conceptual and design phases, regulatory review, bidding, and construction.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and local government officials to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Provide technical review of Civil Engineering deliverables and prepare proposals for new projects.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in Civil Engineering project management.
  • BS in Civil Engineering and Professional Engineering License (P.E.).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and mentor staff.
  • Ability to interface with clients, network, and develop business opportunities.
