Job Summary:

Shoua Lee - State Farm Agent is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join their team as an Insurance Sales Representative. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building and developing customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in an outside sales or inside sales representative role, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
  • A successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Experience with a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows.
  • Current Property and Casualty license.
  • Current Life and Health license.
