In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering outstanding results. As an Executive Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our senior executives, ensuring that they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior executives, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and schedules.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and events.
  • Maintain accurate records and files.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in executive support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Compensation: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour.
