Speech Language Pathologist Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team at North Texas Therapy & Home Care. As an SLPA, you will work closely with our licensed speech-language pathologists to provide high-quality speech therapy services to our pediatric patients.
About the Job
The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in speech-language pathology and experience working with pediatric patients. You will be responsible for providing skilled speech therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders and collaborating with all disciplines to plan and address team goals for each patient.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing skilled speech therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders
- Collaborating with all disciplines to plan and address team goals for each patient
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans that meet the goals of speech therapy interventions
- Scheduling weekly supervision visits with supervising SLPs as per Texas board guidelines
Requirements
- Current Texas SLPA licensure
- 6 months of full-time clinical experience
- Pediatrics experience
- Bilingual (Spanish) is required

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. This salary estimate is based on industry standards and takes into account the level of experience and qualifications required for this role.
