About the Role:
As a Finance Manager, you will play a key role in building and supporting the Company's financial infrastructure. This role will provide financial and operational information to assist executive leadership and the board of directors in making informed decisions. The ideal candidate is someone looking to design, implement, and scale Finance/Operations frameworks. Ample's future Finance Manager will join a growing team of dynamic professionals and report directly to Ample's VP of Finance.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and improve the Company's operating model
Own the execution of Company-wide end-to-end corporate forecasting, planning & reporting
Assist with the preparation of quarterly Management and Board presentations
Spearhead financial initiatives & systems improvements to support company growth
Provide business analysis of various types of contracts to leadership and maintain contract database
Provide finance insight to initiatives with an eye toward optimization, as the company scales
Drive development of dashboards and KPI tools to analyze results and enable data-driven decision making and tracking

Requirements:
6+ years of experience in investment banking, finance/accounting or operating roles preferably at high growth companies (software and/or hardware industries)
Advanced modeling skills and corporate modeling experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or a quantitative discipline
MBA or CFA, preferred
Impeccable analytical, communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated, self-directed and excited to step outside the role and help in various ways
Ability to work closely with senior management
