Job Summary

The Healthcare Unit Coordinator is responsible for organizing and coordinating the activities of our nursing unit, including clerical, receptionist, and support duties. This role requires a strong understanding of patient care and hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate bed management and turnover procedures
  • Ensure adequate supplies and equipment are available for patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Coordinate transportation needs for inter-hospital transports

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Requirements

To be successful as a Healthcare Unit Coordinator, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in a healthcare setting
