Shift Details
[Day Shift Rotation Schedule 6a-6p / Every Other Weekend] - Additional days or overtime may be required to meet daily operational needs.
Role Responsibilities:
As a vital member of our production team, your responsibilities will include:
- Incorporating ingredients into the ice cream production process.
- Performing tasks such as lifting and pouring 50-60 lb containers of sauces and/or 20-30 lb boxes of various ingredients every few minutes, along with general housekeeping and product packaging.
- Ensuring cleanliness and safety in the work area while fulfilling other duties.
- Providing assistance to both the production and sanitation teams in multiple roles.

Candidate Requirements:
- Contributing to the production of safe, high-quality products while prioritizing team member safety.
- Education: High School Diploma, HSE, or GED is required.
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
- Willingness to be employed through a temporary staffing agency.
- Ability to stand, walk, and maintain balance on wet or icy surfaces for extended periods.
- Capability to consistently push, pull, and lift weights up to 60 lbs.
- Aptitude to remain on your feet for the entire duration of the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
- Dependability and a preference for working in a collaborative environment.
- Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures of -20 degrees.
- Knowledge of proper lifting and bending techniques.
- Basic arithmetic skills.
- Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Assisting floor and sanitation technicians as needed, especially during transitions.
