Job Overview
Rocket, a leading convenience store retailer and part of United Pacific, is seeking an experienced HR professional to join its field-based team. This role will play a crucial part in aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated divisions. As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues, acting as an employee champion and change agent.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee relations cases by providing coaching and counseling while ensuring consistent application of company policies and procedures.
  • Lead investigations into harassment, discrimination, and hostile work environment claims.
  • Review terminations, disciplinary actions, and employee relations decisions for consistency and risk.
  • Coach leadership teams on performance management issues such as hiring, associate performance, and career development.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 4 years' experience in human resources.
  • Strong business judgment and strategic orientation, linking HR with business strategies.
  • Experience supporting multi-unit retail and/or restaurant industries.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
