Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and qualifying leads within the southeastern MA territory for Preventive Maintenance agreements through cold-calling and lead generation efforts. They will survey customer sites to determine the customers' relevant HVAC maintenance needs, assess the labor and material resources required to support customer maintenance, and generate Preventive Maintenance Agreement proposals.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience is required, with proven ability to develop own leads, develop relationships and close sales.
  • Must have associate's degree, trade experience, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • HVAC experience helpful.
  • Self-starter, articulate and dependable- goal driven and self-motivated.
  • Outgoing, upbeat personality.
  • Must project a positive and professional image.
  • Must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel).
  • Must have strong verbal and written skills.
  • Must have a valid driver's license in good standing.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without needing current or future sponsorship.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive $60,000 - $80,000 per year salary, plus comprehensive benefits including company health, dental, vision and HRA, 401K with discretionary company match, basic life insurance, PTO-vacation, sick and paid standard and floating holidays, and more.
